Ideal Protein Hours: Our Ideal Protein Coach is in the office Tuesdays - Thursdays between 4:00PM and 8:00 PM by appointment only.

Our urgent care center is open Monday to Saturday from 8:00am - 8:00pm and Sundays from 8:00am - 6:00pm. No appointments are required.
